In the previous entries we talked about our face and hands, now it is time to choose jewelry according to your body type. There are four basic body types and choosing pieces for each type is not difficult at all, we will discuss necklaces in general for this section. Once you get the general idea about the recommendations we have been going through, you will become a lot more aware of the jewelry pieces that will wow everyone, especially yourself.
Here are the recommendations for your body type:
Tall and plump
Depending on your height, necklaces should be worn to accentuate your shape; thus, rely on longer necklaces even though any length will look good on you. As with visual merchandising, what is at eye level stands out, so if you are wearing a nice pendant, and you are very tall compared to the average person, make sure you have a necklace that is long enough to be right where you want people to see.
Your body shape will work better with bigger than average pieces, if you want to achieve a discreet look, average-sized pieces will work.
Tall and slim
